You can!  This program is open to all - novice to athlete.  No matter your fitness level now, you will get more fit as you go!

What do I need to bring?
Appropriate shoes, clothing and a water bottle.

What if it’s raining?
This just adds a new challenge – there is no such thing as bad weather…only inadequate clothing.
